Springing in to video action

Canon 7D cameraSince Spring has come along I’ve been mega busy on the video front: March started with 15 days on the trot with the camera out. Filming-a-plenty: Shooting promos and Vox pop interviews.

I was then lucky enough to be outside for a few days when the warm spring sunshine came along. I was teaching photography in the beautiful Hereford countryside. It’s nice to mix up my videography and photography work. Especially when I’ve just bought a new Canon 7D camera! (see picture) -I’ve hardly been able to put it down. The 7D is a digital SLR camera with intelligent viewfinder and full HD 1080 movies. It has an 18.0 effective megapixel APS-C crop CMOS digital single-lens, 8.0 frames per second continuous shooting, 19 point auto-focus system, movie mode, and built-in Speedlite transmitter. Oh yes!

The last few days have mainly been filled with video editing. Spring is now well and truly here and the wedding video filming will be on the increase. I’m really looking forward to documenting some more beautiful wedding days.
